Return and Exchange Policy:
If you’re not completely satisfied with your item after you receive it, return it within the first seven days and you will receive in-store credit for us to remake, replace, or modify your returned jewelry in the same size as ordered.
All sales and repairs are final without receipt.
Custom Made Item:
Your item was made specifically for your order by our team of artisans, at the time of your order and available for pickup in 3-8 weeks.
For all Custom Items 50% deposit is required up front before any work will begin.

Please drop off item in person along with a written and detailed list of what you are wanting to have customized.
Repair Policy:
Need to have an item repaired? We are happy to help. Please note if your items are worked on by any other jewelry our guarantee is void. All items that require a repair must be brought in for further assessment. Our team will then provide you with all the repair options available. If your item is damaged beyond repair, we will replace it for a cost of 90% of the current retail price. This is a one time offer and will not carry over to the new item.
Repair lead times can range from 2-14 days depending on the nature of the repair and the availability of the materials require to complete the repair.

You can buy money orders, recommended for purchase of $1,000 or less, at post offices, many retail stores, banks, some gas stations, money transfer outlets and elsewhere. Cashier’s checks are available only from financial institutions.
CASH PAYMENTS
Cash payments in US dollars are accepted at our store.. Stop in to shop our in stock jewelry selection that includes rings and other great accessories. Some aren’t even found online.
